How to Withdraw Funds from Your Timon Card

You can now withdraw funds from your Timon virtual or physical card directly to your NGN or USD wallet. Follow these easy steps:

1. Log in to your Timon account
Launch the Timon app and sign in.

2. Go to the Card section
Tap the Card tab located at the bottom of the home screen.

3. Select the card type
Choose between Virtual Cards or Physical Cards.

4. Swipe to the card you want to withdraw from
Navigate to the specific card you’d like to use for the withdrawal.

5. Tap “Card Options”
Click the three-dot icon (⋮) or Card Options to open more actions.

6. Select “Withdraw to Wallet”
Tap on Withdraw to Wallet.

7. Enter the amount and select the wallet
Type in the amount you want to withdraw, then choose your NGN or USD wallet as the destination.

8. Confirm your transaction
Review the details, click on "continue" then confirm using your account PIN.

That’s it! The funds will reflect in your selected wallet shortly.
