If you’re unable to find your account details to fund your Timon wallet, follow these steps. The process differs slightly based on whether you're funding an NGN or USD wallet.
Option 1: Accessing Your Account Details
For NGN Wallets
NGN accounts are automatically created for all users.
To find your NGN account details:
Open the Timon app.
Tap on “Accounts”.
Select “NGN”.
Your account number and bank name will be displayed.
For USD Wallets
USD accounts must be manually created. Here’s how:
Open the Timon app.
Tap on “Accounts”.
Tap on “USD” (even if no account is listed yet).
Tap “Create New Account”.
Follow the prompts to complete setup.
Option 2: View Account Details via the Top-Up Option
If your NGN or USD account is already set up, here’s another way to view your funding details:
Open the Timon app.
Tap on “Top Up”.
Select either “USD” or “NGN”.
Choose “Bank Transfer”.
Your account details will be shown.
Option 3: Fund Your USD Wallet via Digital Dollars (Crypto)
To receive USD through crypto:
Open the Timon app.
Tap “Top Up”.
Select “USD”.
Choose “Digital Dollars”.
Select Solana as the network.
Copy your wallet address to receive funds.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If your account details are not showing, try the following:
Update the App: Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Timon app.
Check Your Network: A weak internet connection can prevent account details from loading.
Restart the App: Close and reopen the app to refresh your session.
