How to Get Your Timon eSIM

Before you begin, make sure your phone is eSIM-compatible. If your device does not support eSIMs, you will not be able to access this feature in the Timon app.

We recommend setting up your Timon eSIM before you travel, so that it is ready to activate the moment you arrive at your destination and switch on your phone.

1. Open the Timon app.
   
   

2. Go to Lifestyle → eSIMs.
   
   

3. Select your destination country (the full list is available in-app).
   
   

4. Choose a plan type (data-only, or data + voice + text).
   
   

5. Complete your purchase using your Timon wallet.
   
   

6. Follow the steps in the app to install your eSIM (via QR code or direct download).
   
   

Things to Know

• Your device must support eSIM technology to use Timon eSIMs.
  
  

• Plans begin counting only when you activate them, not when purchased.
