Managing the security of your Timon Card is easy with the Freeze and Unfreeze Card features.

Here’s how you can freeze and unfreeze your Timon card:

How to Freeze Your Card

Go to Your Cards Tab: Open the Timon app, navigate to the Cards tab, and select the card type (physical or virtual).
Select Your Card: Click on the card you want to freeze to access its options.
Open Card Options: Select "Card Options." This icon represents more options or additional actions that can be performed on your card.
Freeze the Card
- Tap the “Freeze card” button from the list of actions that appear.
- Proceed to click on the “Freeze” button.
- Your card will be instantly frozen.
