Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access Your Cards Tab
Begin by navigating to the Cards tab within the app and select the card type (virtual or physical).
2. Select Your Card
Swipe to select the card for which you want to change the PIN.
3. Open Card Options
Tap on "Card Options" to see more options or additional actions.
4. Choose the “Card PIN” Option
From the list of actions, select the “Card PIN” option and click on "Change Card PIN'
.
5. Enter Your Account PIN
For security purposes, you'll be asked to enter your account PIN. This ensures that only authorised users can make changes.
6. Confirm the Change
Enter your new PIN and confirm the PIN. Then click on "continue".
You have now been able to set your new card PIN

Avoid Common Numbers
Don’t use easily guessable numbers like 1234 or your birth year.Use a Mix of Digits

Important Note
When you change your PIN using the app, only the online PIN is changed, not the offline PIN. If you are using a POS machine that prompts for the offline PIN first, and you enter the new online PIN several times until the offline PIN counter is exceeded, the POS will then prompt for the online PIN.
Recommended Step After Changing Your PIN:
Use an ATM
Perform a balance inquiry at any ATM before attempting to use your card at a POS machine. This syncs your offline PIN to the new one.
